The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in Council Chambers in Borough Hall.
The HPC reviews certain activities within the Borough's Historic Districts (the B1 and B2 Districts), including:
(a) The demolition of an improvement within an Historic District.
(b) The relocation of an improvement within an Historic District.
(c) A change in the exterior appearance of any improvement within an Historic District by addition, alteration or replacement.
(d) Any new construction of a principal, or accessory structure in any Historic District.
(e) Any replacement, alteration in or addition of signs, shutters, outdoor displays, fences, hedges, awnings, off-street driveway and parking materials or exterior lighting or an improvement within an Historic District.
